We fund a wide range of projects that give the least active people across the UK the opportunity to take part in sports and physical activity, creating lasting improvements in both physical and mental health.

Taking part in, for example, a weekly walking group, table tennis session or dance class can be transformational. It is not only the activity itself that has an impact, but the way that it is delivered, with an emphasis on socialising and a volunteer model that emphasises peer support and small steps towards increased activity levels rather than traditional coaching.
